- Business Absence Plans: include pandemic and mass employee unavailability scenarios.

- Audit and evaluate BCP/DR plans of key external partners.
- Integrate evaluations into onboarding and regular monitoring.

- 24/7 incident and risk monitoring.

Training and awareness raising
- Annual mandatory emergency response training.
- Process recovery drills and IT disaster recovery tests.
